Online returns processing for leading women’s fashion retailer
Process returns slips, inspect garments to meet customer quality standards, reject, recondition, package, return to distribution center.
In April 2016 – Talbots partnered with VPI to handle online returns, this includes collecting data from slips to accurately process credit to customers and inspect and recondition items that will become part of active inventory back into retail stock rapidly before season and line changes reduce the item’s margin.
VPI is currently processing about 3,000 units of clothing daily for Talbots.
